  • At this time, Skin Soul & Self / Hana Wholistic only ships to New Zealand desitinations.

    We offer a variety of shipping options including Local Pickup at our Picton location and free Local Delivery for our customers in select areas of the Marlborough region.

    Please note that the shipping charge does not merely cover postage, but it includes packaging and handling costs as well.

    Shipping charges start at $6.
    Orders over $200 will be shipped for FREE!


    • RECYCLED PACKAGING: to minimise our impact on the environment, we are committed to recycling, where possible. We will endeavour to use recycled resources as part of the packaging process. Some of the resources will be sourced from local retailers such as Trade Aid, to also assist them in reducing their carbon footprint on our beautiful country.
    • LOCAL PICKUP: please call to arrange a suitable pickup time.
    • LOCAL DELIVERY: products can be delivered free of charge to customers located in the Picton or Blenheim areas at OUR earliest conenience.
    • FREE SHIPPING: purchase $200 or more worth of products and we will ship to anywhere in New Zealand free of charge.

    As soon as confirmation of your payment has been received, we will ready your order for shipping. You will receive a email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Soon thereafter, you will receive another email containing a tracking link for you to follow the progress of the delivery of your order. Once we have shipped your parcel via your chosen courier, it is out of our hands and our control.

    Should you have an issue with your delivery, kindly contact your courier FIRST so that they can trace your parcel and get it to you.

    Please note that NO tracking information will be available until the courier has picked up your parcel and scanned it into their system. Courier pick up is done daily from Monday to Friday ONLY (except public holidays, then pickup is on the next business day). In some cases, it can take a day or two for the tracking information to be updated in the courier's system.

  • Thank you for shopping at Skin Soul & Self / Hana Wholistic. Our products are 100% natural and are made from the highest quality raw material grown in their indigenous climate.

    Returns of products are accepted on the following conditions:

    1. product/s is/are returned within 10 days of date of purchase.
    2. the receipt or proof of purchase is included with the returned item/s.
    3. customer pays for return shipping.
    4. product/s is/are returned unopened and/or in its original packaging. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

    If your return meets the above requirements, we will add a credit slip to your account (within 5 working days) for the purchase price of the product/s less any applicable restocking fees.

    You will receive an email confirmation once the credit is available in your account. You can use your credit on your next purchase.
